As a part of thematic networking activity, two draft blueprints has been produced with a focus upon key challenges, principle actors and possible solutions towards enhanced and improved skills development in SMEs and sectors.

These draft blueprints reflect the findings of the first Thematic Conference (Stockholm, May 2007) and further consider additional contributions received during a consultation of relevant Stakeholders. They were discussed during the second Thematic Conference (Amsterdam, 14-15 February 2008).

This resulting in one common blue print on both sectoral and SME developments, to be downloaded below.
