As a part of thematic networking activity, a series of draft blueprints have been produced with a focus upon key challenges, principle actors and possible solutions towards enhanced and improved skills development in SMEs and sectors.

These draft blueprints reflect the findings of the first Thematic Conference (Stockholm, May 2007) and further consider additional contributions received during a consultation of relevant Stakeholders.

The draft blueprint below will be further discussed and finalised during the second Thematic Conference to be held in Amsterdam on 14-15 February 2008.
